How’s and the who’s

Governörs Bicheno is a tiny Tasmanian café with extremely confident Scandinavian undertones. The owner was born and raised on the border of Denmark and Sweden, which means we lean heavily into the Swedish side of things: strong coffee, proper kanelbullar and a deep respect for fika (mandatory snack breaks for emotional stability). It’s coastal, relaxed and just organised enough to function. Proudly the 5th best café in Bicheno — and firmly aiming for 6th — we’re not chasing greatness, just great coffee, flaky pastries and a sunny spot to sit while pretending the Baltic and the Tasman are basically neighbours.
